Litigation
and Dispute Resolution

When a legal dispute arises, there are two main methods of resolution: (1) resolution without court proceedings (mostly voluntary negotiations between the parties), and (2) resolution through court proceedings.

If the legal dispute cannot be resolved by method (1), it is resolved by method (2), which is a legal proceeding through the court.

Thus, since litigation is positioned as the final means of dispute resolution, it is extremely important to accurately recognize and grasp the prospects of litigation in order to develop a strategy for resolving a legal dispute once it arises, and what the conclusion will be if the legal dispute develops into litigation as the final means of resolution. It is extremely important to know exactly what the outcome of a legal dispute will be in the event of litigation, which is the final means of resolution.
